Tried out my Ixus 60's digital macro function on my godma's garden flowers when I was in Miri. This is my fav!
Busy the whole day chauffeuring mum around running some errands and then to the hair saloon. She had her hair dyed and set.
Because tonight she's meeting her friends from Class of '73 and some of her old teachers. After 33 years! They're having their reunion dinner at Merdeka Palace.
How cool is that?!
It will be 10 years for my batch in 2008. Seems like nothing compare to mum's 33 years! 2 of her friends have died of cancer since.

Time flies, my dear! Especially after you start working & have a family of your own (like your Mum). Before you know it, you'll be having your 33 years reunion.

very very proud of how you've develop as a photographer...with a simple camera no less...proving it's the brains and not the equipment...
and yes...time flies....just came home from the airport after sending pixie off to the USA...we went off from her parents awhile...cried when I had my final parting words...then had to walk round airport like silly with her to dry tears before going back to her parents...
time flies...glad a friend appreciates the moments...

jemima: yes, i agree... it seemed just like yesterday that i just started medical school... i should be off to work in a couple of weeks but i still feel like a little girl staying with my parents.... :)
linus: thanks friend! i'm very happy for pixie! she's living her dream! you should be very proud of her, yes, despite the pain of being apart... but don't worry too much, with the internet, it's so easy to keep in touch! :)
